Description

The 3M LX500 Adjustable Laptop Stand raises your laptop to a height and distance that encourages an ergonomically correct posture – helping to prevent eyestrain as well as the aches and pains that can result from long periods at your desk. Designed specifically for laptops, this stand has slots in the platform to keep your computer properly ventilated and running at a cooler temperature. A cable management feature keeps leads tidied away so that they don’t interfere with your workspace, whilst two side shelves for accessories help to keep your desk clutter-free. You’ll find plenty of space underneath the platform to store extra bits of stationery or a small external drive. The 3M LX500 Laptop Stand is compatible with docking stations and includes an adaptor for the 3M DH445 Document Holder (sold separately). It measures 33 centimetres wide and 33 centimetres deep, and is height adjustable from 10 to 15 centimetres in increments of 1.3 centimetres. For optimum personal comfort and to avoid eyestrain, use the 3M LX500 Laptop Stand to position your screen directly in front of your eyes, at or below eye level, at a comfortable viewing distance of 50-75 centimetres. To reduce aches and tension in the neck, back and shoulders, your head should be centred over your torso and upright – not bent or turned.
